The increasing significance of technology and its effect on the development of the country is something completely acceptable in a way that it has made technology to be evaluated as the main cause of ability and knowledge in a country. On the other hand، the tremendous technological advances that man has achieved after the twentieth century and the effects they have brought about in human life، has made technology as a competitive strategic factor in civil societies. Today، production of one product is not enough، yet maintaining cheapness and the better quality and also providing services in the competitive world of limited resources is also necessary. Emergence of the title “Management of Technology” ( MOT ) in recent years represents the accumulative attention of management scholars to this field of human knowledge. Besides، gaining technology either by domestic production or by transmission is one of the main and inevitable stages in the process of Management of Technology that is considered as a way to get other countries’ research results aiming at solving socio-economical problems of a country. This article focuses on analyzing the transmission of technology as a part of Management of Technology procedures in oil-industry of developing countries and on confirming the humanitarian attitude as the main factor of solving technological problems.
